The new Pilates program has begun at Essence, with a team of very experienced Physiotherapists at the helm. Pilates is a great stand alone approach to exercise but what excites us most is the opportunity to offer our members Pilates as part of a well balanced and integrated exercise program. It is a great addition to training for people who are interested in refining their exercise routines in any way.
We are offering all of our members a complimentary 1 hour session to try it out for themselves, just talk to us at the front desk to book your trial session. Currently we have sessions on Thursday evenings from 5-8pm with Shelia and Mon and Fri sessions from 12 noon – 3pm with Brett. In the new year Brett will also be offering a couple of morning sessions.
Bear in mind that our Physio Pilates program provides the opportunity for participants to claim rebates back through private health funds.
