CLASSES

TOTAL BODY Focusing on increasing cardio fitness and toning, these free form classes use a wide range of constantly changing exercises and are taught to music with highly motivating teachers.
PILATES Teaching conscious control of muscular movements and breath. Aimed at enhancing core stability, toning and flexibility.
YOGA Hatha postures creatively taught to focus mind and body on improving range of movement, flexibility and muscular conditioning. Also great for stress reduction and arthritis prevention.
EVERFIT Low impact exercise program designed primarily for osteoporosis and arthritis prevention.
