It has been a fantastic year at Essence, we are delighted by the progress many of our members have made with their health and fitness throughout the year. The Christmas – New Year holiday period is a great time to maintain if not step up your training !!! So rather than succumbing to festive season apathy, make it your goal this year to play hard AND keep up a consistent  exercise program through the holiday break, you will feel SO MUCH BETTER for it . If you are staying in Perth the gym will be open every day except for Christmas Day and New Years Day (Click here for Christmas opening hours) we have a core team of coaches available to maintain coaching sessions over this period. If you are going away get your coach to set you up with a holiday program to enable you to maintain or extend your fitness. If you don’t have a coach we are more than happy for you to book a session to have a holiday program drawn up for you.
