This Months Challenge
Row your heart out:
Our challenge for the month is to see how competitive you are on the row machines. We have 3 categories for varying fitness levels 500m, 1000m and 2000m.
You need to engage an Essence Team member to validate and record your times, then basically set the ergos to the required distance and see how quickly you can cover the set distance. We will keep a record of the top 5 times for each category. So take up the challenge and lets see what you've got over the next month!
