Welcome to another informative newsletter from Essence Lifestyle Changes. With Spring well underway our focus this month is on getting you into top shape for the “revealing” summer months.

 

Weight Loss

Spring has arrived and the new weight loss program is underway at Essence. Already twelve clients have enrolled on the program with weight losses already being achieved. Member of the month

Every one is an achiever at ELC but every month there are a few members who really need to be recognized for the fantastic results they have achieved. Firstly as a way of congratulating them on their results and more importantly to inspire and remind the rest of us of just why we do it!
