The new “Super Circuit

Many of our members enjoy our“Total Body” classes as a method of keeping fit. Outside of coaching sessions and classes many people find exercising alone can be hard to maintain so we have developed the SUPER CIRCUIT.

Starting in September we will run a perpetual circuit Monday to Friday afternoons from 4.00pm till 7.30pm. There will be a constantly changing range of cardio focused exercises set up that change every few days. There will be 3 different levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced. The circuit will be monitored by our afternoon staff to keep you motivated and provide advice where necessary.

The idea is that you can just arrive at the gym any time between 4.00 and 7.30pm – by yourself or with a few friends and  jump into the Super Circuit. A great and motivating way to get your cardio requirement done for the week. So give it a go - try building a couple of circuits into your weekly exercise program as a variation to your normal cardio regime.
