The new “300 Workout ”:

Our new club challenge for members wanting an awesome workout. This was the actual training routine used by the actors in the new movie “300”:

  • 25 chin ups
  • 50 dead lifts (60kg)
  • 50 push ups
  • 50 box jumps (60cm)
  • 50 floor wipes (60kg)
  • 50 dumb bell clean and press (15kg)
  • 25 chin ups

All done in the minimum time!!! Get your coach to run you through it, or book a one off session with one of the team to run through it … if you dare!

So don’t be satisfied with just getting through your exercise routine, push the boundaries a bit and reap the rewards of getting really fit. For members wanting to build up to this check out the noticeboard in the club for the beginners and intermediate levels.
