Sports Specific Programmes

We run a number of sports programmes specifically designed for sports such as golf, tennis and skiing.

They are individualised programmes focusing on the specific improvements you are wanting to achieve in your sport.

The programmes focus on strength, agility and range of movement training to optimise sporting performance.

Programmes involve 2–5 contact sessions per week with a Personal Coach and are re-assessed every 12 weeks.
