SPORTS SPECIFIC PROGRAMME

  • We run a number of sports programmes specifically designed for sports such as golf, tennis and skiing.

  • They are individualised programmes focusing on the specific improvements you are wanting to achieve in your sport.
  • The programmes focus on strength, agility and range of movement training to optimise sporting performance.

  • Programmes involve 2 - 5 contact sessions per week with a Personal Coach and are re-assessed every 12 weeks.
