B.Com – Business Management and Economics, 25 years as a self employed business owner developing and operating a variety of different businesses

Interests:

Keeping fit and healthy in mind, body and spirit. Martial art, swimming, singing and percussion.

Achivements:

Achieving black belt level in Tae Kwon Do, running an award winning restaurant in NZ, rearing two beautiful girls.

Aspirations:

To continue working and helping others in the field of health and wellbeing.

An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach (East Perth Football Club, Perth Glory, WA Rugby Ref Association and Elite sports persons), Fitness Coach (Perth and London). Weight Management Specialist at Hollywood Functional Rehab Clinic.

Interests:

Indoor soccer, martial arts, golf and percussion instruments.

Achivements:

Raising a beautiful daughter and son and achieving a balance between work, play, family and exercise.

Aspirations:

To motivate individuals to achieve sustainable healthy lifestyle solutions in a great fitness environment.

Kristina Reimers

Fitness Coach

Background:

Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sport Science)
Sports Trainer Level 1.

Interests:

Running, windsurfing, kayaking, kicking the footy in the park, travelling, languages, dogs, coffee.

Achivements:

Half-marathon when I was 12, completed a degree in a foreign country, living away from my family and friends for 4 years.

Aspirations:

To give people confidence and motivation to achieve their goals, to promote living a healthy lifestyle and to be a role model for children and young adults.

Speciality area:

Strength and conditioning, weight loss and wellbeing.

Dylan Kvas-Rothwell

Fitness Coach

Background:

Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology.

Interests:

Being fit and healthy through exercise and nutrition, biomechanics, rugby, squash, tennis, beach, travel.

Achivements:

Playing rugby league at state level, being a player and coach for rugby 7’s.

Aspirations:

To constantly enjoy whatever I am doing in life whilst helping others, constantly learning new skills and improving old ones.

Providing a dedicated and enjoyable environment for people to achieve their personal goals.

Timothy Kong

Fitness Coach

Background:

BSc. (Exercise and Health Science), BEx. Rehab. Sci., Accredited Exercise Physiologist, SMA I Sports trainer. Certificate and Senior First Aid certificate.

Interests:

Playing a wide variety of sports, mountain biking, Muay Thai (kickboxing), DJ, music, socialising, travelling the world.

Achivements:

Completion of studies, Princess Diana award of thoughtfulness & caring for others (High-school), keeping active.

Aspirations:

To be the best I can be, to be able to be persistent in caring for my clients, friends and family, to motivate and bring out the best in everyone.

Speciality area:

Injury rehabilitation, tailored programs to suit individual client needs, Muay Thai (kick-boxing), Holistic and all-round approach to clients wellbeing.

Marco Barciela de Assis

Fitness Coach

Background:

Bachelor degree in physical education (Sports sciences), Brazil; Teaching diploma; Psychomotricity Post grad diploma; Masters degree in exercise science. Accredited exercise physiologist.

Interests:

Travelling, indoor soccer, Brazilian BBQ, beach (swimming, exercising, surfing...), receiving friends at my place, anything about FLAMENGO and spending as much time as I can with my fiancée.

Achivements:

European handball state team; trained state paralympic athletes; I have received a tribute from the Rio de Janeiro Council for my work as a phys ed teacher.

Aspirations:

To live in Australia for a long time, be able to offer my children a good education; continue studying and continue to offer to my clients my best to help them to achieve their goals.

Exercise rehab and training people with disabilities.

Caitlin McGovern

Fitness Coach

Background:

Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health)

Interests:

Cycling, tennis, netball and cricket. Supporting the Fremantle Dockers.

Achivements:

Year 12 Sports Leader, Captain of the High School cricket team.

Aspirations:

To graduate with good marks and get out into the workforce. See Fremantle win a Premiership.

Speciality area:

Exercise Physiology/Rehab with people who are wanting to return to high standard of fitness.

Georgie Kent

Fitness Coach

Background:

Final year BSc (Exercise and Health Science) at UWA.

Interests:

Exercising outdoors, conquering Jacob’s Ladder, coaching and playing soccer, the West Coast Eagles, travelling, shopping and live music.

Achivements:

Playing in Premier Women’s Soccer League, living for a year in Germany on exchange.

Aspirations:

Graduate with Honours, run a marathon, enjoy a long career in the health and fitness industry.

Speciality area:

Exercise physiology and sports research.

Adriano Casella

Fitness Coach

Background:

Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health Science) and Exercise Rehabilitation both completed at UWA, SMA Sports trainer, Senior First Aid Certificate, Remedial Massage Certificate, Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Indoor Soccer Referee.

Interests:

Love my soccer whether its outdoor, indoor or following it on TV, enjoy boxing, socialising, family, nutrition and staying healthy and fit.

Achivements:

Completion of both undergraduate and post-graduate studies, being a state league soccer player for many years, completing City to Surf several times.

Aspirations:

Have a long & successful time in the health and fitness industry, being able to help individuals achieve their goals whilst making it an enjoyable environment to be around.

Exercise Rehabilitation, where I help clients get back to full functionality, as well as working on overall health and fitness of individuals.
