Director & Fitness Coach


Background:
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach (East Perth Football Club, Perth Glory, WA Rugby Ref Association and Elite sports persons), Fitness Coach (Perth and London). Weight Management Specialist at Hollywood Functional Rehab Clinic.
Interests:
Indoor soccer, martial arts, golf and percussion instruments.
Achivements:
Raising a beautiful daughter and son and achieving a balance between work, play, family and exercise.
Aspirations:
"To motivate individuals to achieve sustainable healthy lifestyle solutions in a great fitness environment."

Dan Williams
Fitness Coach


Background:
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Bsc Exercise and Health Science, Bsc Exercise Rehab, swimming and water polo coach.
Interests:
Weight training, nutrition coaching, going to the movies, friends, beach...LIFE!
Achivements:
Represented the State in water polo and swimming. Coached water polo at the National Championships in NSW.
Aspirations:

Jeremy Ho
Fitness Coach


Background:
Born and raised in Singapore. After completing a three year engineering Diploma, I then enlisted in the army as a physical training instructor. I am currently in the last year of my post graduate exercise and rehabilitation at the University of Western Australia.
Interests:
Traveling, sports, socialising, arts and theatre, fashion, reading, tennis, martial arts, soccer and rock-climbing.
Achivements:
Climbing Mt Kinabala, (the highest peak in SE Asia) in 1998. Played Softball at National Level in Singapore.
Aspirations:
"To help everyone achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through exercise. One day, to own my own gym providing quality service, beautiful food and powerful exercise programs."
Speciality area:
Core stability, massage, exercise prescription for weight loss, strength and conditioning.

Julian Lane
Fitness Coach


Background:
Accredited exercise physiologist with specialist rehabilitation qualification and experience.
Interests:
Cricket, hockey, cooking and travel.
Achivements:
Travelled the world, played A Grade cricket in Australia and U.K.
Aspirations:
To create a reputation for being a successful personal coach dedicated to ensuring all clients achieve their goals.

Jono Griffiths
Fitness Coach


Background:
Completed Certificate III & IV in Health & Fitness; Completed a Bachelor of Sports Science and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation.
Interests:
Coaching Little Athletics and Cross country running. I enjoy being active with my family especially outdoor activities including running and biking.
Achivements:
Socialising, playing sport, resistance training, travel, reading.
Aspirations:

Francis Allen

B.Sc Health Science Exercise and Health. B.Sc (Hons) Exercise Physiology.
Interests:
Soccer, rock climbing, bungy jumping, travelling, reading and playing music.
Achivements:
Contracted soccer player with The Triads in Scotland. International invitation cricket 6’s tournament in China. Travelled internationally.

Kristina Reimers

Background:
Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sport Science)
Sports Trainer Level 1.
Interests:
Running, windsurfing, kayaking, kicking the footy in the park, travelling, languages, dogs, coffee.
Achivements:
Half-marathon when I was 12, completed a degree in a foreign country, living away from my family and friends for 4 years.
Aspirations:
To give people confidence and motivation to achieve their goals, to promote living a healthy lifestyle and to be a role model for children and young adults.

Strength and conditioning, weight loss and wellbeing.

Lesley How
Fitness Coach


Background:
Diverse background and qualifications. Certificate III in Fitness Sciences -Gym Instructor, Certificate IV Personal Training, Certificate III Children’s Services, Certificate IV Arts - Interior Decoration, Trade Certificate Ladies Hairdressing.
Interests:
Family, keeping fit, travel, having fun, meeting people, enjoying life and all its possibilities.
Achivements:
Raising two fantastic children. Life/work balance - managing family time, work, study and involvement in community organisations.
