After 18 months of coming to the gym I was feeling frustrated about not losing weight. I had developed better muscle tone and my fitness level had certainly improved but I wanted to lose weight and keep it off. Dan devised a two week plan, the deal was that if I broke the exercise or food regimethen I'd failed the program. To help with accountability I messaged Dan each evening to confirm my adherence to the program for the day. Two weeks later the results were great. I'd lost a couple of kilos, body fat and a few centimeters off my waist. The program helped me realise the importance of eating well and regularly each day along with interval training and running. As a result of the intensive program I am much fitter, healthier and happier.
